We are pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Drew as Servita’s Sustainability and Strategic Growth Director.
In this newly formalised leadership role, Alex will lead the continued development of Servita’s sustainability capabilities while supporting business growth and innovation across key markets.
Alex has worked with Servita for over 7 years, delivering complex transformation programmes and leading the development of our sustainability services. He brings over 20 years of experience across public and private sector programmes, including work with NHS England, The IOC, Lloyds Banking Group, Pinsent Masons, and Harworth Group, with particular expertise in strategic programme mobilisation, governance, and sustainable digital transformation.
He has also been the driving force behind several of Servita’s award-winning sustainability efforts, including ISO14001 certification and the creation of a proprietary carbon reporting tool. Our work in the space has earned recognition from the NHS Partners Sustainability Awards and the HSJ Awards, where Servita recently won the “Moving Towards Net Zero” category.
