Malaffi, marking a first for the region, is a Health Information Exchange platform that establishes a secure, robust connection between public and private healthcare providers in Abu Dhabi. It facilitates the real-time, meaningful interchange of crucial patient health information, amassing a centralised databank of consolidated patient records to bolster healthcare quality and enhance patient outcomes.

Abu Dhabi Health Data Services – Sole Proprietorship LLC (ADHDS) operates Malaffi (which translates to ‘my file’ in Arabic). The venture, a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH), signifies a pivotal element in the DOH’s strategic roadmap, prominently featuring in the digital revolution of Abu Dhabi’s healthcare system.

This ambitious initiative needed to expand its team’s capacity of expert support to ensure successful implementation and onboarding of the marketplace.


Malaffi enlisted Servita’s support, leveraging our professional services in Programme and Project Management, Clinical Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Interface, Integration, and Solution Architecture.

Servita resources augmented the Abu Dhabi Health Data Services and Malaffi team, actively participating in the onboarding of numerous healthcare facilities, including hospitals, medical centres, clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies. This collaboration not only expedited the establishment of Malaffi but also supported the rapid onboarding of the marketplace.
