Vitalis Solutions announces strategic partnership with Servita to lead healthcare digital transformations in Queensland.

Vitalis Solutions, a leading provider of innovative digital ICT solutions with extensive healthcare experience, has announced a strategic partnership with Servita, a global leader in healthcare transformation services and technology solutions. The two companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), establishing a long-term collaboration to drive large-scale healthcare digital transformation projects in Queensland and Australia. This partnership underscores Vitalis’ commitment to strengthening its capabilities and operational capacity by partnering with an industry leader in digital health transformation.

By joining forces, Vitalis and Servita aim to capitalise on their complementary strengths to secure and deliver key projects within the $10 billion Queensland Health Capital Expansion Program (QH CEP).

This partnership is a key milestone for Vitalis as it expands its reach in the Australian healthcare market, meeting the increasing demands for leading-edge digital healthcare solutions.

In addition to opening a new office in Sydney, this partnership is one of several initiatives that represent Servita’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the Australian healthcare market and addressing the growing demands for advanced digital healthcare solutions. The experience that Servita brings to the local market from global jurisdictions is invaluable at this key point in Australia’s digital Healthcare transformation.

Servita will be bringing additional capabilities and capacity to support Vitalis and directly assist the Queensland Health Projects, as well as addressing the wider demand in Australia. This support will be broad, encompassing program and project management, PMO, enterprise architecture, business and clinical analysis, transformation, technical delivery management and assurance, and testing-as-a-service to enable the effective and efficient provision of digital hospital IT infrastructure.

Servita’s deep capabilities will cover everything from hospital digital design, application procurement, integration and implementation, to the establishment of digital hospital IT departments and the managed service operations of IT. Servita will deploy significant international resources to Australia, complementing the skills already available in the marketplace and providing additional capacity for digitalisation opportunities in the sector.

Additionally, Servita will bring its health-tech innovation expertise, building on its work with virtual wards, patient engagement, and the development and delivery of innovative health-tech solutions across the globe.
