Naz is a Testing & Assurance Consultant with experience across the Financial Services and Government sectors.

He has over 20 years’ experience delivering performance and non-functional testing solutions. On each project he utilises his long and wide-ranging experience gained from assignments across the UK.

His expertise includes utilising an in-depth knowledge of testing methods to devise innovative approaches and scenarios and leading testing teams on major business-critical projects. He now works with clients across the UK to deliver testing solutions on large scale programmes using his wide expertise:

  • Experienced with the full project life cycle, using different methodologies across the test spectrum in a variety of industries.
  • Specialist in leading and managing Functional, Non-Functional on-shore/offshore and third-party test teams
  • Highly experienced in understanding and capturing complex requirements and process mapping to design and prototype new systems
  • Skilled in defining test requirements and acceptance criteria for Infrastructure and Business Applications
  • Experienced in all stages of test lifecycle including Reviewing Test Strategies, Master Test Plans, and Technical Design Documents through to overseeing the design of test scenarios and regression packs. Reviewing test artefacts and producing scores and reporting systems
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and management across all levels of the business to translate the organisation’s vision into tangible outcomes
  • Skilled and experienced leader and manager of teams including managing support resources from on-shore, off-shore and third-party teams
