Mike is a Servita Enterprise and Data Architecture Consultant with programme experience across Healthcare and Financial Services.

On each project he utilises his wide-ranging experience of improving organisations and helping them to evolve structurally and strategically.

His career includes over 20 years as Technical architect and programme lead. He is skilled in technical decision making, leadership, knowledge transfer, business processes and project management. Drawing on a broad career history he now works on large scale transformation programmes bringing an invaluable range of experience and competencies:

• Skilled in developing Architectural Strategies based on deep analysis of requirements
• End-to-end experience from managing requirements, solutions design, development and testing, through to implementation and integration into business processes
• Experienced in business change, able to build effective communications strategies to increase the adoption of change across large and complex organisations
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and management across all levels of the business to translate the organisation’s vision into tangible outcomes
• Skilled and experienced leader of international multi-disciplinary teams both onshore and offshore, able to quickly build a rapport with teams and drive them to produce high quality outputs/results in challenging environments
• Highly proficient business change manager able to build effective communications strategies to increase the adoption of change across large and complex organisations
