Mark Johnson, Group Operations Director of Servita, the Professional Services Company that enables clients across a wide range of industry sectors throughout the UK, the Middle East and Asia to achieve breakthrough results from large scale business transformation programmes.
As Operations Director, Mark is responsible for leading Servita’s business operations, ensuring our business is conducted to the highest possible standards efficiently, consistently and securely. He leads all back-office services whilst ensuring our leaders and teams are equipped with the information, tools and processes to be successful.
Mark joined Servita in 2014 as a highly accomplished Senior PMO and Programme Management professional with some 20 years’ experience. He has served clients across Healthcare, Finance and Government industries in the United Kingdom, India, United Arab Emirates and Qatar. Mark remains actively involved in our client engagements to ensure we are successful and is often involved in the set-up and delivery of more complex or challenging accounts.
Prior to Servita, Mark worked for Dell Services and IBM playing key roles in the delivery of a range of client programmes including; Sidra Medical Research, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Max Healthcare, BT London Local Service Provider.
