Lauren is a Servita Managing Consultant specialising in Project Management and PMO.

She has programme experience across Healthcare, Finance and Major Sporting Events. On each engagement she utilises her broad reaching experience gained from major assignments with large enterprises across EMEA.

Her expertise includes Project Management, Planning, Risk, Issue and Dependency Management, developing and implementing project management processes and procedures including planning standards, change control, governance processes and MI reporting.

She works with clients to help them successfully deliver large scale transformation project and programmes and brings to bear her broad skill set:

• Experienced in managing change processes through ownership of change logs, RAID logs and Document management systems
• Strong commercial management experience
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement across all levels of the business to translate the organisation’s vision into tangible outcomes for the project
• Prince 2 Foundation qualified
• Skilled and experienced leader of teams, able to quickly build a rapport with teams and drive them to produce high quality outputs/results in challenging environments
