Ian is a Servita Consultant with Programme Test experience of more than 30 years across Healthcare and Financial Services.

His career includes over 20 years operating at a Senior Management level, delivering IT and Business Change Projects and Programmes.

Whether he joins a project at inception or in flight and in need of recovery, Ian brings a calm, direct and pragmatic approach to first identify and then address the key issues to swiftly move the project on to the next stage. He views Testing as part of End-to-End Quality Assurance within the SDLC with early lifecycle Quality Assurance being a major beneficial component.

He has managed large teams and small; onshore and offshore; in-house and 3rd Party all with the same successful results.  He has led large single projects, multi-phase deliveries and large ongoing Release Management programmes.  Ian is a great communicator at all levels with strong Stakeholder engagement.
