“Big complex programmes try to avoid and mitigate risk from the get-go. They also want to mobilise as efficiently as possible. The thing about working here at Servita is that we all have naturally similar personal values. Levels of mutual respect and earned trust are high. This all helps massively on a big programme. You spend a lot less time concerning yourself with keeping the team-oriented in the same direction and consequently, spend a lot more time focusing on delivering what the client wants.”
