Chris Leary, Regional Director, UK of Servita, the Professional Services Company that enables clients across a wide range of industry sectors throughout the UK, the Middle East and Asia to achieve breakthrough results from large scale business transformation programmes.
As Regional Director, Chris is responsible for business development and effective delivery of our client engagements across the UK. He works with our CEO, Directors, Managers and Delivery Teams to devise innovative service offerings, acquire new clients, explore new markets and oversee the execution of our client engagements. Chris remains hands-on, and if often directly involved in leading some of our most complex programmes, ensuring clients get the very best value and even the most challenging transformations are successfully delivered.
Chris brings a strong background in complex programme delivery and ongoing service implementation. He has over 25 years’ experience operating in government, health, transport, outsourcing, utilities and manufacturing market sectors in and outside the UK. His breadth and depth of experience enables him to overcome a wide variety of challenges in a pragmatic manner, leading teams to collaborate with clients to ensure they maximise their investment in transformation programmes.
Chris has been instrumental to the success of a range of multimillion-pound programmes including BT’s NHS SPINE Programme and NHS Connecting for Health Secondary Use Service (SUS Programme).
Prior to joining Servita, Chris worked for i3it, BT, ATOS, British Steel (now TATA Steel) and Software AG in key management positions.
