Carl is a Servita Consultant with Project Management and Commercial experience across Healthcare sectors. On each project he utilises his wide-ranging experience of improving organisations and helping them to evolve structurally and strategically.

His expertise includes Project Management, Vendor Management, Process Design, Stakeholder Management, Team Building and Business Change. He now works with clients across the UK to deliver large scale transformation programmes using his wide expertise:

• Highly experienced Project Manager with end to end experience
• Significant commercial experience including multi-million P&L responsibility and successful operational planning and execution
• Experienced in enabling organisations to design and deliver processes, procedures and structures to achieve their corporate goals and objectives
• Highly accomplished in development of robust evaluation and reporting tools
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and management across all levels of the business to translate the organisation’s vision into tangible outcomes
• Skilled and experienced team leader, able to quickly build a rapport with teams and drive them to produce high quality outputs/results in challenging environments, including developing training programmes
• Prince 2 Qualified with additional training in Agile Project Management and Scrum (advanced)
