Rachna is an experienced Servita Senior Training and Change Management Leader with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. She is a qualified UK HR Professional (MCIPD) with a Master’s degree in Psychology, and she brings that knowledge together with more than 20 years’ experience working across the Middle East and UK to deliver Training and Change programmes. Her consulting focus is on change management, coaching and leadership development and technical training.
Her strengths include her functional knowledge across these specialisms – Psychometrics, Coaching, change and talent management, and the development of online management development training. Her experience ranges across diverse geographies and environments, with a particular focus on healthcare and a significant amount of Middle East experience.
