Nick is a senior Servita Consultant specialising in Project & Programme Management, Programme Intervention and Recovery, Programme Management Office (PMO) with extensive programme experience across Healthcare, Government and Financial Services sectors.

On each programme he brings his extensive track record of leading and supporting enterprises and government departments through their often complex business transformation programmes where IT is a significant enabler.

Nick is accustomed to running large national level projects and programmes where he is capable and at ease engaging stakeholders at all levels. He is used to working in high pressure environments where a mature attitude is required. Moreover, Nick is able to inspire and cultivate the delivery teams which he manages to ensure they are working together in a cohesive manner to achieve the customer’s transformation goals.

His expertise includes Stakeholder Management, Business Change and Business Analysis. Drawing on a broad and varied career history he works on large scale transformation programmes, predominantly in the Middle East and Far East, providing a broad set of skills:

• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and management across all levels of the business to translate the organisation’s vision into tangible outcomes
• Experienced in enabling organisations to design and deliver governance review processes, procedures and structures to achieve their corporate goals and objectives
• Skilled and experienced leader of teams, able to quickly build a rapport with teams and drive them to produce high quality outputs/results in challenging environment.
• Highly experienced and professionally certified Project Manager and Risk Manager
• Strong programme governance and regulatory experience including Ring Fencing, MCOB, FATCA, Closed Book Life Insurance, TR16/2
• GDPR trained (Foundation Certified)
• Management of Risk (Foundation and Practitioner Certified)
• Prince 2 (Foundation and Practitioner Certified)
• Managing Successful Programmes (Advanced Practitioner Certified)
