Mike is Head of Training and Change Management at Servita, the Professional Services Company that enables clients across a wide range of industry sectors throughout the UK, the Middle East and Asia to achieve breakthrough results from large scale business transformation programmes.

He is responsible for leading Servita’s Training and Change Management engagement across a range of sectors, often devising innovate solutions and creating blended teams to deliver outstanding results for clients.

Mike’s extensive experience spans international engagements across Healthcare, Finance and Manufacturing sectors across the Middle East and the UK.

He is highly effective in planning, driving and delivering complex business projects and successfully embedding training and change.
