Megan Jones

Project & PMO Specialist

Megan is a Programme Management Office (PMO) Analyst at Servita and is currently undertaking a BSc Project Management degree.

She is an integral part of the PMO team and has already worked on a large, complex engagement quickly adapting to the demands of the programme. Megan has very her high standards which allow her to deliver a high level of PMO service in a fast-paced environment. She works with PMO teams for clients across the UK, supporting large scale transformation programmes:

  • Supports the creation and maintenance of overall delivery plans
  • Organises and supports key governance meetings
  • Managing change processes through ownership of change logs, RAID logs and Documents management systems
  • Currently studying for the Association of Project Management (APM) Project Management Qualification
