Luke is a Programme Management Office (PMO) professional at Servita with Project experience across Healthcare, Transport, Energy and Retail sectors.

He brings wide ranging knowledge gained from assignments with major enterprises in the UK.

His expertise is Project and Programme Planning but also includes Project Co-ordination, Business Support and Stakeholder Management. He now works on projects across the UK supporting delivery of large scale transformation programmes. His expertise includes:

  • Programme planning and RAID management
  • Creation and maintenance of overall delivery plans
  • Establishing and running project workshops
  • Experience with waterfall delivery methodology and Agile framework
