Jan is a Servita Consultant with 36 years’ clinical and management experience both in the NHS (Primary and Secondary care) and the private sector. MA focused on achieving successful change management within Healthcare.

She is a forward thinking and enthusiastic clinical professional with considerable experience of leading clinical, operational, service and change management at a senior strategic level, within Health Services and Healthcare system implementation. Jan is an excellent communicator, effective both as a team player and as a leader with a demonstrable and credible track record of achieving transformational change through the ability to lead and influence others.

She actively drives and champions healthcare change management and is very experienced in how to best design clinical and operational services/processes to better meet the needs of both patients and clinicians.
