Ian is a Servita Consultant with Project & Programme Management experience across Healthcare and Financial Services.

On each project he utilises his wide ranging strategic experience gained from multiple software, infrastructure and business change projects assignments with major clients across the UK.

His career includes over 15 years as Technical architect and programme lead, leading projects from end to end. Drawing on a broad career history he now works on large scale transformation programmes bringing an invaluable range of experience and competencies:

• End-to-end experience from managing requirements, solutions design, development and testing, through to implementation and handover
