Geoff is a Servita Consultant with Director Level Programme Management and Implementation experience across Government, Healthcare, Telecommunications, Transport and other sectors.

He has a proven track record delivering complex Oracle implementations and has particular expertise in HR, Recruitment, Learning and Payroll applications. On each project he utilises his wide-ranging experience gained from international assignments across the EMEA region in both private and public-sector organisations.

His expertise includes Senior Stakeholder Management and the management of Delivery Teams as well as leading development of communications and training strategies to maximise engagement. Drawing on a broad and varied career history he now works on large scale transformation programmes bringing a unique range of accomplishments and abilities:

• Senior level experience in enabling organisations to design and deliver processes, procedures and structures to achieve their corporate goals and objectives
• 18+ years’ implementation experience of Oracle eBusiness suite across the public and private sectors, utilising appropriate project management and delivery methodologies.
• Skilled and experienced manager of people, able to quickly build a rapport with his teams and drive them to produce high quality outputs/results in challenging environments
• Ability to identify business requirements and translate these into Oracle functional requirements
• Expertise in the development of effective training material to maximise the success of Oracle application implementations
• Transforming Business, HR and IT processes, procedures and operating practices
• Delivery and management of Payroll and HR outsourcing
• Fellow of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD)
• Member of the Institute of Business Consulting
