Alison is a Servita Principal Consultant with Transformation and Project Management experience across Healthcare, Emergency Services, Government and Financial Sectors. In particular, she has extensive experience managing major programmes within the NHS.

Her expertise includes Technology Management Process Design, Vendor Selection and Management, Stakeholder Management and Business Change. She now works with clients across the UK to deliver large scale transformation programmes using her wide expertise:

• Over 20 years’ expertise in managing, planning and delivering major transformation programmes
• End-to-end experience from managing requirements, solutions design, development and testing, through to implementation, handover into live operational service and post go-live BAU
• Experienced in enabling organisations to create and deliver processes, procedures and structures to achieve their corporate goals and objectives
• Experienced in business change, able to build effective communications strategies to increase the adoption of change across large and complex organisations
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and management across all levels of the business to translate the organisation’s vision into tangible outcomes
• Skilled and experienced leader of multi-disciplinary teams, able to quickly build a rapport with teams and drive them to produce high quality outputs/results in challenging environments
• Experienced in working in challenging, sensitive environments
• Highly proficient business change manager able to build effective communications strategies to increase the adoption of change across large and complex organisations
• Certified Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner
• University Degrees in Business Studies and Project Management
