Alex is a Servita Principal Consultant with Programme Management experience across Retail, Financial Services, Professional Services, Healthcare and Government. On each project he utilises his wide-ranging experience gained from core implementation and transformation programmes across the UK.

His expertise includes Business Analysis, Process Design, Stakeholder Management and Business Change. He now works with clients across the UK to deliver large scale transformation programmes to bring to bear his broad skill set:
